Who we are
ZEV Leasing is a trading name of Totally Trade, c/o Lakeview Cars, Biggleswade, Bedfordshire SG18 9BE. VAT registration number GB525165011. We are a broker, not a lender or lessor: we introduce business customers to third-party leasing and finance providers, who make the final decision. We arrange finance and leasing for business purposes only and do not arrange consumer finance. We may receive commission from the providers and suppliers we work with. Finance is subject to status. Prices marked "+ VAT" exclude VAT, currently charged at 20%; on-the-road prices include VAT, first registration fee and road tax. For business customers only. Vehicles are subject to availability and prices may change without notice.
What we collect
When you enquire through our website, chat assistant, WhatsApp, phone or email we collect your name, contact details, business name and type, the van you're interested in, and anything you tell us about your requirements. If you use the chat assistant we keep a copy of the conversation with your enquiry.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, follow up with you, and — if you choose to go ahead — arrange your order and finance application. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.
Who we share it with
If you ask us to proceed, we share your details with our vehicle supplier (Vanaways Ltd) and the finance provider(s) assessing your application, who may carry out credit and identity checks. We also use service providers to run this website and our systems (Cloudflare) and, if you use the chat assistant, an AI service provider [OpenAI / Anthropic] to generate replies. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't go ahead: up to [24 months] after our last contact. Customers: for the length of the agreement plus [6 years] for legal and accounting purposes.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. The chat assistant keeps your current conversation in your browser for this visit only, so it isn't lost if you change page. If we add analytics later we'll ask for your consent first.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop contacting you — email andrew@aspirationautomotive.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
